Exception (InvalidOperationException) at runtime...

Hello,

It's been bugging me for a few weeks (and a colleague for a few months).

All was good, all was working fine, until all of a sudden whenever I run my solution, I get some InvalidOperationExceptions which I can bypass by pressing F5. It's very annoying.
Maybe some of you seen this, the exception message is Sequence contains no matching element and it is at the using statements like:
Using<PReportFilterInformation, PReportFilterValidator>();

The exceptions vary in number (once I had like 16, now it's down to 9)

I've also searched the internets for similar problems, found nada.
I can supply additional information, but none come to mind at this hour.

Environment:
Visual Studio 2010, C#, .NET 4

StackTrace:
at System.Linq.Enumerable.First[TSource](IEnumerable1 source, Func2 predicate)
at SpecExpress.Validates`1.UsingU,TSpecType
at Entities.Validation.PImoReportFilterValidator..ctor() in c:\Work\Branches\v7.28\Entities\Validation\CustomEntitiesValidators\PImoReportFilterValidator.cs:line 17

and line 17 is:
Using<PReportFilterInformation, PReportFilterValidator>();

Thanks for reading.
